Garlic Seed - Soft Neck Garlic Single

Soft Neck Garlic Bulbs - A large bulb filled with beautiful, plump, tasty cloves. A lovely mid, to strong flavour. One planted bulb will produce around 15 when fully mature. Best time to plant your garlic seed is mid June-August. Break the bulb up into individual cloves, plant them the same day to prevent dehydration. 

A popular perennial herb that forms a segmented onion like bulb (cloves). These cloves are widely used in cooking to flavour meat, bread, and vegetables. The shoots and leaves can be used like chives. Garlic interplanted with other crops will help repel insect pests. 

Maturity approx 7 months.
