Garlic Seed - Tessa's Home Grown Single Garlic (B Grade)

Planting garlic seed is a great way to grow your own fresh and flavorful garlic crop. Garlic not only adds taste to your food but also has several health benefits. It is a natural antibiotic, can lower cholesterol levels, and has antioxidant properties.

Planting garlic is a relatively easy process, the best time to plant is mid June-August. Plant clove 2-4cm deep and 10cm apart. Break bulb into individual cloves and plant the same day to prevent dehydration. Harvest once tips of leaves begin to yellow and base of the stem goes soft.
