Maidenhair Fern Ocean Spray 12cm

The foliage of tiny, light green leaves, often heart-shaped, held on fine delicate stems, and cascading over the sides of the pot, make this beautiful fern a perfect indoor pot plant. Overlapping fronds give this compact fern a light, fluffy look.

Habitat: Will grow to a mature size of 40cm tall. Ideal for pots indoors.

Light: Avoid direct sunlight & draughts

Water: Water regularly, generally every 2-3 days, if leaves turn yellow you are over watering.

Humidity: High, mist plant 3 times a week with warm water to minimise brown leaf tips.

Soil: Re-pot into Oderings houseplant potting mix

Fertiliser: Not necessary to fertilise but if you wish to use a Liquid fertiser once a month in the growing season. Avoid any fertiliser with too much nitrogen (use 200 ppm or less)

Flower Color: Non flowering

Pests: Scale and mealybugs like to attach themselves to the fronds.

Poisonous for pets: Non-toxic to pets and humans
