Yam Seed - Apricot 500g
 

Apricot yams have a deliciously nutty, sweet flavour and are a versatile addition to the home vegetable garden. Rich in nutrients, these yams can be enjoyed in both savoury and sweet dishes, including roasted vegetables, salads and more.
 

Plant in a sunny position in well-drained soil, approximately 3–5cm deep and 30–35cm apart. Plant in spring once the risk of frost has passed, and keep the soil moist throughout the growing season. Yams develop their tubers later in the season, so be patient and allow them to grow until the foliage dies back after the first frosts. The cooler conditions help enhance their flavour.
 

After harvesting, store in a cool, dry place until ready to use.
