Best time to plant in mid June-August. Plant clove 2-4cm deep and 10cm apart. Break bulb into individual cloves and plant the same day to prevent dehydration. Harvest once tips of leaves begin to yellow and base of the stem goes soft.

Our standard shipping times are 2-3 business days for South Island and 3-5 business days for North Island once the package is with the courier.
