Sweet Cap is a white fleshed variety with excellent flavour, delicious when eaten while still crunchy, or equally tasty when left to soften slightly. The fruit will ripen from late January to mid February depending on the area of the country. The tree can grow to around 4m tall if allowed to.

Height after 5 years: Approx 3m.

Height when mature: Approx 4m

All varieties are self-fertile and will crop well on their own.
