A semi-dwarf variety perfect for home gardeners with limited space. Ideal for gardeners looking for a space-efficient, high-yielding avocado tree with delicious, well-storing fruit.
- Fruit: Larger than Hass, with a round-oval shape, creamy and buttery texture, and excellent flavor. The avocados store well.
- Productivity: Very heavy producer once established, the most prolific of all the varieties offered.
- Growth Habit: Reaches about 4 meters high and 3 meters wide when fully grown but can be kept smaller with light pruning after fruit harvest.
- Ripening Season: Fruit ripens from March to August, providing avocados during the off-season when Hass avocados are no longer available and become expensive in supermarkets.
- A Type Variety
Avocados are self-fertile but yields can be increased by planting a mix of ‘A’ and ‘B’ type flowering varieties.
