Schefflera Amate (Umbrella Plant)

The Schefflera Amate is also known as the umbrella tree because of its glossy, palm like leaf structure. It can grow to become a large scale plant but you can maintain its height and shape with regular pruning. Being a plant with air-purifying properties it is a perfect addition to help create a healthier home. Makes a hardy and forgiving indoor Pot Plant.

 

Position in a spot with medium to bright, indirect light. Prefers moist, but not wet soil. Wait until the soil is dry before watering. Feed your plant once a year in spring with a long lasting houseplant fertiliser.
