Triabon® – “The Ultimate Plant Nourisher”
Discover the secret to thriving gardens and lush landscapes with Triabon, a fertiliser cherished by Oderings and a staple in our renowned soil mixes and the much-loved Total Replenish. Triabon is a reliable fertiliser for various plants, including vegetables, flowers, houseplants, containers, trees, shrubs, citrus, and most lawns. For over 30 years, Julian Odering swears by Triabon and uses it in his flourishing veggie patch every season.
Why Triabon is a Gardener’s Best Friend:
- Complete Nutrient Powerhouse: Triabon is a complete feed for pH-adjusted media, offering a perfect balance of all essential primary and trace nutrients.
- Long-Lasting Nourishment: It provides immediate and slow-release nutrients, continuously feeding your plants for 3-4 months.
- Reliable in Various Conditions: Triabon feeds effectively across a wide temperature range, even in cooler temperatures as low as 4°C and remains stable and reliable, even in very warm conditions exceeding 30°C.
- Easy Application: It adheres well to the tops of pots and containers after initial watering, ensuring consistent feeding even if pots are knocked over in windy conditions.
- Versatile Use: Perfect for a wide range of indoor and outdoor plants. Use a lower rate for slow-growing or nutrient-sensitive plants. Note: It is not recommended for Australian natives and plants requiring low phosphorus.
How to Use Triabon:
Typically, apply two feeds per season – one in spring and another in summer to keep your plants vibrant and healthy. Spread Triabon around the base of existing plants or as a top dressing on pots, planters and hanging baskets. It can also be mixed into the soil (like a veggie patch) at a rate of one handful per m2 before planting or incorporated into potting mixes that are being reused. Water in well and wash off any Tirabon from the foliage.
Oderings Tip: Combine Triabon with a coated fertiliser like Nutricote for season-long feeding from just one application – use 1/3 Triabon and 2/3 coated fertiliser. The Triabon will work quickly and the coated fertiliser will extend the feeding life to ten months.
