Aromatic green leaves with bronze markings with an intense peppery flavour. Mint Vietnamese dies down in winter and needs protection from frost, and therefore may be treated as an annual in colder climates.
Uses: Spicy addition to salads garnish for summer drinks, soups, savoury snacks and Asian cooking.
