Ficus Black Knight Double 32cm

A glossy-leafed tree used as a foliage accent with oval shaped leaves. Black Knight has dark green-black coloured leaves. Thrives as an indoor plant, growing to 3m. 

Habitat: Can grow to 3m high with one leading branch, it will get about 60cm wide. but best kept 1.2m high, then can tip out at the top to turn into a tree, which will grow 1m in diameter when turned into a tree. Ideal for pots indoors.

Light: Bright indirect light

Water: Water every 1-2 weeks, allowing the top layer of soil to dry out between waterings and keep a little on the drier side in the winter.

Humidity: High, mist plant 3 times a week to minimise brown leaf tips.

Soil: Re-pot into Oderings houseplant potting mix

Fertiliser: Use a Liquid fertiliser once a month in the growing season

Pests:  Aphids are most common and can be found on new growth

Poisonous for pets: Toxic to pets and humans if ingested.

Approx current height: 70cm - 80cm
