Alternanthera Ficoidea - Partytime

Partytime is a new baby houseplant addition for Oderings, and it is as cute as a button. This Alternanthera features a variegated pink and green leaf and performs best by pinching out the tips.

Habitat: Will grow to a mature size of 40cm. Ideal for pots indoors.

Light: Thrives in bright, indirect light

Water: Water well when soil becomes dry, keep a little on the drier side in the winter. Be careful with watering as the leaves can burn.

Humidity: High, mist plant 3 times a week to minimise brown leaf tips.

Soil: Re-pot into Oderings houseplant potting mix

Fertiliser: Use a Liquid fertiliser in summer

Flower Color: Non-flowering

Pests: Aphids are most common and can be found on new growth

Poisonous for pets: Toxic to pets and humans
