Rhubarb Moulin Rouge

A specially selected variety chosen for its rich, ruby red stems with superior taste and growing performance. Vigorous growing tissue culture line. Edible reddish-coloured stems are used in desserts, preserves and cooked dishes. Ideal planted in garden beds or large pots where it will remain undisturbed.

Before planting cultivate soil to a depth of 20cm and mix in compost and complete garden fertiliser. Use Oderings Potting Mix for containers. Feed with blood and bone during the warmer growing months. 

NOTE: DO NOT EAT THE LEAVES
