Lemon Yen Ben (Lisbon)

Evergreen. A popular lemon for the home garden which is more cold tolerant than other varieties. Performs well in small garden areas, or grow in pots strategically placed where the sweetly fragrant flowers can be enjoyed. Excellent crop of large oval shaped fruit with few seeds.

Plant in deeply-worked, free-draining but moisture retaining soil. Water well when planting then regularly for two to three weeks. An annual citrus fertiliser and frequent watering will reward you with bounteous fruit.
