Boysenberry Mapua

Boysenberry Mapua is a New Zealand-bred, mostly spineless variety renowned for its large, sweet, and richly flavoured berries. This vigorous, trailing plant produces white, raspberry-like flowers in spring, followed by deep burgundy to purple-black fruit that ripens from December through February. The berries are ideal for fresh eating, desserts, preserves, and baking.

• Mostly spineless canes, making harvesting easier.
• Vigorous trailing canes reaching up to 2 meters long, with a spread of approximately 1.5–2 meters.
• Train along a trellis or wire for optimal growth and fruiting.
