Italian Oyster Mushroom Farm

Italian oysters are perfect as a meat replacement in a dinner dish, fried with eggs, or made into a pie! The possibilities are endless. Our boxed kits are expected to grow between 800g-1.4kg of mushrooms.

Simply tear the perforated area off the side of the box, cut the inner bag to expose the living mycelium, and spray with water 3-4 times per day. After a week or two you will have your very own flush of tasty mushrooms growing!

Our boxes contain substrate that’s been pre-colonised with mushroom mycelium, making the chance for a large successful crop mush higher. Having pre-colonised substrate means the mycelium has lots of food and is ready and waiting to grow mushrooms.
