Radiccio Rossa di Treviso Seeds

Deep red leaves are set off by crisp white ribs and have a fresh, distinctive flavour.  Why not try grilled radicchio; toss leaves, cherry tomatoes and spring onions in olive oil, season, then grill briefly until they begin to char.  chop roughly and drizzle with a favourite dressing.
