Penstemon Petite Rose 1.3L

Known as Beardtongues, these wildflowers form a low clump of thick, glossy, green foliage with upright spikes of bright trumpet flowers with white-striped throats in spring and summer. These have awesome flower power and are long blooming. Attractive in borders, containers and pots, the flowers can also be cut and brought indoors for a long-lasting display. Penstemons are excellent, low-maintenance perennials, especially for hot, dry sites, and are attractive to both butterflies and birds.

Before planting cultivate the soil to a depth of 20cm and mix in compost and a complete garden fertiliser. Use Oderings Potting & Basket Mix for containers.
