Long horn peppers, also known as cowhorn peppers, are a medium spicy variety of chili pepper that is ubiquitous in Chinese cuisine. Long, 15cm to 20cm fruits are much larger than comparable varieties and have an unusual curl at the end - hence the name longhorn

Before planting cultivate soil to 20cm and mix in compost and complete garden fertiliser. Use Oderings Fruit & Veggie Mix for containers. Plant in full sun and well drained soil.
