Jute-tex is a biodegradable product that is ideal for re-vegetation or new planting, it will help keep the soil conditions moist and help to prevent soil erosion while the plants grow. Other uses include landscaping, grass seeding, lining hanging baskets. Jute-tex will decompose in approximately 12 months which will increase soil health. Jute-tex may help to suppress weeds but it is not a replacement for traditional weed-mat.
