This cool evergreen succulent has rosettes of spiky leaves with small spines. It looks great in a rustic pot. Easy to care for and prefers a bright warm spot with some direct sunlight.

Intolerant of wet feet, very well-drained soil is crucial. Sandy soils are best. Before planting cultivate soil to a depth of 20cm and mix in compost and a complete garden fertiliser. Use Oderings Potting & Basket Mix for containers.
