A variety of early-maturing rhubarb with long, slender stalks. It's an excellent all-around choice that can be lightly harvested in the first year by cutting the outer stalks, allowing the plant to develop a strong clump for the following season. Space 80 cm apart with 2 meters between rows in a sunny, well-drained, fertile location. This variety thrives with minimal care. Remember, the leaves are toxic and should not be consumed or fed to livestock.
NOTE: DO NOT EAT THE LEAVES
Before planting cultivate soil to a depth of 20cm and mix in compost and complete garden fertiliser. Use Oderings Potting Mix for containers.
