Corydalis China Blue 1.3L

This lovely perennial features stunning blue flowers, often likened to a school of swimming fish, emerging from a base of lacy green leaves. The upright stems hold dangling tubular flowers. While it thrives in cooler temperatures, it may go dormant in mid-summer in hotter areas. To accommodate potential dormancy, plant in a shaded position with consistent moisture and well-drained soil, and a mulch covering helps retain moisture.

This plant can be easily divided in spring and gradually spreads to form a charming patch of blue. It blooms from early summer, often continuing into late March. Both the flowers and foliage are excellent for floral arrangements. After flowering, trimming back will promote compact growth.

It reaches a height of 30-40 cm and a spread of 35-40 cm.
