Small grass-like plant that forms clumps of glossy dark purple-black curling leaves. White bell-shaped flowers appear mid-summer followed by dull blue-black berries. Evergreen. Can be grown just about anywhere in full sun or shade. It is an easy plant that will tolerate moist conditions. Water regularly over the peak of summer only.
