Oval, soft leaves have a nutty-cucumber taste. Flowers are produced in the second year onwards. keep cutting back once flowers are seen to generate fresh foliage.

Use herb in salads, soups, casseroles, herb vinegars and cream cheeses. Improves skin in facial treatments.

Before planting cultivate soil to a depth of 20cm and mix in compost and complete garden fertiliser. Use Oderings Potting Mix for containers.
