Small red and green leaves grow on short vertical stems, and clusters of small, ruby-red, flowers appear in summer. Drought tolerant, this succulent can withstand dry soil conditions. Best planted in groups or massed as a ground cover. Also great in rock gardens, or as an edging plant.

Before planting cultivate the soil to a depth of 20cm and mix in compost and a complete garden fertiliser. Use Oderings Potting & Basket Mix for containers. grows best in a well drained area with full sun.
