Hoya Australis 12cm

Highly prized climber or hanging plant with clusters of perfumed, pale pink, star-shaped flowers. A wonderful indoor or patio specimen. Flowers are produced each year from the same stem and should not be cut. Foliage is a bright green colour and form into perfect ovals in pairs along the stem. A good looking and easy care hoya variety. 

Habitat: Can grow to a mature size of 3m tall. Ideal for pots indoors.

Light: Medium to bright indirect light

Water: Water every 1-2 weeks, allowing the top layer of soil to dry out between waterings and keep a little on the drier side in the winter.

Humidity: Medium, mist plant once a week to minimise brown leaf tips.

Soil: Re-pot into Oderings houseplant potting mix

Fertiliser: Use a Liquid fertiliser once a month in the growing season

Flowers: Pale pink, star-shaped flowers

Pests:  Aphids are most common and can be found on new growth

Poisonous for pets: Non-Toxic to pets and humans if ingested.
