Start your staghorn fern love off with this small grade planted into a 8cm pot. Staghorn ferns are trendy plants that don’t require soil to grow and can be hung as a feature on the outside walls of your home. Their flat, shield-like leaves cover the roots and can latch onto a support frame such as a ponga or a slab of timber. While the shields may look dead, they’re not! The fertile leaves grow from the centre of the shield and form the staghorn ‘antlers’ that give this fern its name.
