One of the most versatile herbs as all parts of the plant - roots, stems, leaves and seeds - can be used in cooking. Native to the Mediterranean and western Asia, coriander is an essential ngredient in Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese and Indian cuisines.
How To Grow |
Sow seeds 5mm (¼in) deep in a well-prepared bed or container, directly where they are to grow. Cover lightly with fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. Sow thinly in rows 30cm (12in) apart. Cover with 5mm (¼in) of fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist.

These seeds may be treated with a fungicide (Thiram or Apron XL), do not eat the seeds or feed them to animals. Fungicide treatment is an AQIS requirement for certain varieties of seeds.
