Upright spikes of long lasting blue-purple flowers in summer on compact, aromatic silvery-grey foliage. Will tolerate poor soils and dry conditions. After flowering cut back annually to the flowering stem but not back to the old wood without shoots. Highly fragrant evergreen shrub.
