This mildew-resistant, high-yielding variety is perfect for the organic garden. It produces large, flavorful green fruit that hang in heavy clusters along the branches. The bush is well-shaped yet vigorous, earning the Award of Garden Merit (AGM). Ripening in February, this popular green gooseberry is known for its robust growth and heavy cropping. The large green berries are excellent for culinary uses and are sweet enough to enjoy fresh when fully ripe.
