The Beurre Bosc is an industry standard, fully russet pear. Good productivity and excellent eating quality. A worthy addition to the garden. Pollinate with Doyenne du Comice, Taylors Gold, William bon Chretien, Winter Cole, Winter Nelis, Nashi Hosui and Nashi Nijiseiki.
Grows to 5-6m tall when mature by 4m wide. However pears can easily be trimmed or espaliered.
Pears require at least one pollinating variety to ensure good fruit production.
