Salvia Argentea

Salvia Argentea is also known as the silver sage. A hardy biennial or short-lived perennial accent plant which forms a clump of highly attractive large, furry, silvery-grey leaves. It grows masses of large white flowers, which are held on upright, well-branched stems.  Usually dies once it flowers and sets seed, but it will sometimes live longer if the flower stem is cut back straight after flowering. Plant where the soft leaves can be touched. 

Planting Guide: Before planting cultivate soil to a depth of 20cm and mix in compost and complete garden fertiliser. Use Oderings Potting Mix for containers.
