Cleistocactus Monkey Tail Cactus 8cm

Th Cleistocactus Monkey Tail 8cm is a striking, trailing cactus known for it's long, fuzzy stems that resemble a monkeys tail. This slow growing succulent is perfect for brightening sunny indoor spaces. With proper care it may produce bright red tubular flowers that attract attention during warmer months. 

Habitat: Trailing cactus ideal for pots indoors. Can grow long stems overtime and thrives in well-lit locations. 

Light: Prefers bright, indirect sunlight. Can tolerate some direct sun for stronger growth. 
Water: Water sparingly, allowing the soil to dry completely between watering. Overwatering can cause root rot.

Soil: Well-draining cactus or succulent potting mix recommended.

Fertiliser: Feed once a month during the growing season with a balanced liquid fertiliser for cacti. 

Flower Colour: Tubular bright red flowers appear along the stems in summer, adding a splash of colour. 

Pests: Generally hardy. Mealybugs or scale can occasionally appear. 

Poisonous for pets: Non-toxic to cats, dogs, and humans.
