Stromanthe Triostar 15cm

The Stromanthe Triostar (also know as Ctenanthe Tricolour) is a stunning houseplant that has white, silver, green and pink patterned foliage with pinkish undersides. Grows well as an indoor plant. 

Habitat: Can grow to a mature size of 100cm tall. Ideal for indoor pots.

Light: Thrives in bright indirect light.

Water: Water once a weeks, top layer of soil should be left to dry out slightly between watering. 

Humidity: High humidity. Can mist 3 times a week to help with humidity level and prevent brown tips.

Soil: Re-pot into Oderings houseplant potting mix

Fertiliser: Use a Liquid fertiliser once a month in the growing season

Flower colour: Red-orange flowers in early spring, but rarely flowers indoors. 

Pests:  Aphids are most common and can be found on new growth

Poisonous for pets: Non-toxic to pets and humans.
